Installation can be a little more tricky than Skype, but the improved service is well worth the effort. Vonage is not as easily portable as Skype, although it is possible with a little forward planning to use it on the move with a suitable adapter.

Vonage’s comprehensive technical support is a big hit with users, although not all support options are free. The 24/7 support phone line carries a cost, but this level of support is useful for business users.
